HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
It's easy! When you find the graphic you want, set the product parameters (type and material), enter its dimensions and additional options, and then ADD TO CART. In the shopping cart, complete the order form and make payment.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order via secure online payments: PayU, TPay, DotPay.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME OF THE ORDER?
The lead time is about 2-3 business days, followed by shipping. The courier usually delivers the package within 2-3 business days.
WHAT TO DO IF A SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED?
If you notice any damage to the package, be sure to open it in the presence of the courier and draw up a damage report with him. Then send it to the email address given in the CONTACT tab along with a photo of the damage, packaging and shipping label.
HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?
If, after unpacking the shipment, you notice that the product does not comply with the order - it has the wrong size, frame, material or the order is incomplete, please inform us by sending a message to the email address provided in the CONTACT tab. It is best to attach photos of the defect to the email.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible to do so
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. Please fill out the return form available on the website and if you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
IS THIS PRODUCT IN STOCK?
We create all products from scratch after the order is placed. The standard lead time is 2-3 business days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can do so. Only receiving return message from us is confirmation that we have canceled the order.
HOW CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?
To use a discount code, simply enter it in the appropriate field when placing an order. If the code does not work, please check the expiration date or terms of the promotion, or contact us.
